Life Mask Project with Walden Sierra
of St. Mary's County, Maryland

"The homelessness life mask project is an idea I have wanted to do for many years.  After a conversation with Laura Webb from Walden Sierra my dream was able to be realized.  I made a proposal for the project and it was taken up by WARM in St. Mary's County, Maryland.  I am so excited to have worked with so many interesting and wonderful people during the realization of this project.  Twenty eight masks were completed, bisque-fired and pit-fired.  I hope that the proceeds from sale of these beautiful masks will help finance the homeless organizations in St. Mary's County.  I want to extend a big THANK YOU to all of the volunteers that gave their time and beautiful and handsome faces as models to help create the masks (and to burnish them with terra-sigillatta), to Laura Webb for promotion and assistance with the project, to Diana Manchak for assistance in completing the masks, and for Taylor and Kristin for their volunteer help."

"It was an honor and a pleasure to complete this project!"
